OUR HOLISTIC HYBRID TRAINING
EVIDENCE BASED TRAINING
To provide hybrid speech teletherapy that is equivalent to an in person model, therapists must find creative ways to engage their students. At Holistic Learning, we believe that all students should have access to the highest quality clinicians, regardless of their location. Let our innovative team train and support your staff while they make the transition to hybrid in person and virtual sessions. In our training, our clinicians provide ample resources and support for in person and remote treatment and evaluation. After our training, your therapists will receive two weeks of complimentary access to our Holistic Learning Speech Library.
Our Holistic Hybrid Speech Training will:
Provide a clinical understanding of best practices and considerations for hybrid speech therapy as defined by ASHA and statewide regulations.
Identify essential hybrid speech therapy equipment.
Discuss potential hybrid speech therapy obstacles and solutions such as:
Lesson planning & therapy ideas
List of resources that are digital and printable
Outline considerations for online and in person assessments.
Identify resources for parent education and involvement.
List 5+ sources and strategies for maximizing student engagement.
Identify 10+ digital materials to use in your hybrid speech therapy sessions.
Describe how to effectively support your students and their parents in hybrid speech therapy sessions.
THE HOLISTIC LEARNING LIBRARY
The Holistic Learning approach aims to create hybrid teletherapy sessions that are as effective and comprehensive as in person therapy. Because of the lack of interactive and engaging activities we were inspired to create our Holistic Learning Digital Library. Our seasoned speech language pathologists and educators have created thousands of interactive worksheets, printables, speech centered games, and empowering home resources to make the distance disappear.
The Holistic Learning approach addresses all aspects of a high quality speech therapy session. We've created no-prep therapy bundles for hundreds of lessons. Each therapy bundle includes an educational worksheet, an interactive game, a printable and parent resource that gives tips for home practice. All of our resources were made by SLPs for SLPs.
Our interactive multiplayer board games keep children fully engaged while targeting all of their speech and language needs! Each game can be customized to your student's therapy goals. Our digital library allows therapists to choose any game, and then choose multiple targets to customize each session.
Parents and caregivers are an essential part of the Holistic Learning approach. That's why each of our therapy bundles include a printable for home exercise and asynchronous sessions. Our printables and home resources include tips for successful carryover of all speech strategies, because speech and language development does not end when the session ends. We believe in empowering caregivers to create a language rich environment on and off the therapy screen.
